Contract of hire
The hiring contract shall be between the owners of the property and the Hirer who makes the booking and shall deemed to be made subject to these conditions of hire. The contract of hire is not effective until confirmation of the booking is made to the Hirer.

Deposit
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of one third of the full cost of the accommodation rental; however, if the booking is made within 30 days of the holiday commencement date, then the full cost must be paid.

Loss and Injury
The use of the accommodation and general amenities is entirely at the user’s own risk and no responsibility can be taken for injury. Personal belonging are at the hirers risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or contents.

Additional People
In no circumstances can the party size be increased to more than is stated number on the booking form, unless with prior arrangement with the owners.

Damage
All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the Hirer and their replacement cost payable on demand.

Hirer’s Responsibilities
The Hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it, making sure that
all windows and doors are locked when not in the property.
All equipment must be keep clean and the property left clean and tidy upon departure.

 

Wireless free Computer access
It is now possible to obtain access to the Internet and e-mail if you bring your own laptop to the house. Please arrange with us if you wish to have Internet access and sign the Responsible Use form.

Complaints
Any complaints should be made to the owners immediately in writing so that the dissatisfaction can be rectified.
